Hello Cocotte,
I just wanted to offer you my support & send you love & light on your journey.
I went through a long period where I also 'forgot' & lost my way, I was frequently sick..when your thoughts are of a low vibration 'I can't be happy here..', 'I will only be happy when..', when we whine & complain & refuse to see the beauty of every moment.. we trap ourselves in a little self made jar with toxic gas inside, then we wonder why we're choking. I'm glad you got the lid off & are climbing out to see that the sun was always shining.. It will just get better from here if you keep your focus where you know it needs to be. It really is amazing how it is all just choice. Stay strong & believe in yourself.
