Elizabeth, thank for your statement of the power of adversity, which always contains a seed for our safety and growth. I, too, have lived through much adversity in the past, and if not for such events I would still be sleep walking through life. Adversity has brought a powerful awakening.
Now, living with greater awareness, I no longer need to label anything as "good" or "bad." The labels are what trick and mislead us. I accept everything that happens as ultimately beneficial, and the more I live with this vibration, the more I thrive, the more joy I have, and the more I have to share without others.
