Beth Knudson Still grateful for new beginnings, and today I'm also acknowledging my gratitude for long lunches with friends. The ones where you kinda forget about the time until you realize you're the only ones left in the restaurant lingering over coffee or tea. I intend to have plenty of lunches like this in 2010.
