I'm grateful for DOGS! I had the pleasure of petting many today at the pet expo. They are such a blessing in our lives!

I am grateful for the ability & opportunity to be able to go to yoga today.

Grateful I have work today as well as a class and I'm grateful for my loving supportive partner.

I am grateful for all my body was able to do in the Bikrahm yoga class I took this morning.
