I am grateful for waking up in peace this morning.

I am grateful for a slow Monday to get caught up on some much needed office house-keeping and backlog of email.

My 21 mo daughter is a little Buddha, she requested that we all breathe together and hold hands, and she gave out huge belly laughs throughout the process. Awesome.

I am so happy to be with dear friends for Thanksgiving this year, enjoying an amazing vegan meal with home-made pies and love.
