For blue steak. Hits the pan for less than 30 seconds, then you put it on fire with brandy. It is basically raw meat. But, it is soooo goood.

Got a new puppy to raise for The Seeing Eye. I love her so much. She is so smart, obedient, loving, and cute as can be!

I am grateful for the bubble of grace that surrounds me as I occasionally exceed the speed limit on the LA freeway system.
