What I usually do is meditate on the situation and see what signs (lessons I what to learn) I put out in the universe to learn, because everything that happens in your life is a learning lesson that you attracted, so may not be as nice or easy. During my meditation I ask my angels guides/spirit guides and Archangel Michael (I always felt connected to Archangel Michael, sometimes I call on Archangel Raphael, but mostly Michael) for their assistance with the situation.

There are some other tools I use from the Silva workshop I took. That was the Best Investment I made on myself, to take that workshop. If you have a chance to go to one, do it!

Just because your are intuned and aware does not mean lessons are done, it is an ongoing process. I hope this helps. Love & Blessings!
