Judy Pasko I am thankful to have been able to force myself to come here, even though I am stressed out and not feeling very grateful. I know I'll be able to think of things. I am thankful that the grocery store near where I work got bulk bins and now carries several different kinds of yummy trail mix! I am thankful that I have a beautiful home, and have all the necessities covered. I am grateful that I will be working late tonight. I am grateful that I am really good at what I do! I am grateful that I can always seem to make people feel at ease in front of the camera. I am grateful to have gotten so many great shots of Maria yesterday. I am grateful that she shared her story with me, and that she seems to be so happy now after what she has been through. I am grateful that this is already helping me move out of the miserable place I was in just a few minutes ago. I am grateful that a lot of the time, things go well in my life. I am grateful to be learning and growing and knowing that I am moving forward generally in the right direction. I am grateful that I know there is so much more inside of me to offer than what I have allowed to exist on the surface. I am grateful that I want to release it. I am grateful to recognize that every time I start moving forward in a big way I sabotage myself and "can't find the time" to meditate or do yoga. I am grateful that I have not sabotaged my exercise routine completely, and am still running every day (with the rare exception). I am grateful that I love my husband. I am grateful that we were able to have a conversation about our need to communicate better. I am grateful that my children light up my life, always. I am grateful to have the release of tears when I need them, and for a distraction to come along when they are no longer serving me. I am grateful that I have kept the notes about each day of the Boot Camp for Beliefs because I flaked out on doing the activities and would very much like to give it a try after the weekend. OMG!!! I am sooo thankful to be heading down to San Francisco tomorrow for the Further (Grateful Dead sans Jerry Garcia) show. Can't wait!! ALWAYS a total Blast! Will have a smile on my face the whole time!! Phil Lesh's birthday show! He's turning 70! YOUR ROCK PHIL!!!! I am grateful that my children will have a chance to visit with aunt and uncle and cousins for the night while we are at the show. I am grateful that my brother is going to pick them up in the city for me so we don't have to deal with rush hour traffic. I am grateful that things I have been stressing about are starting to feel less significant. I am grateful to realize that today's stress will definitely not mean anything to me when I'm 80! I am soooo grateful for GratitudeLog. Vishen, Mike, everyone else involved in the creation, maintenance, and general energy (that means YOU!) of this site thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you! I wish you all health, happiness, love, peace, and prosperity! Have a Grateful Day!! Namaste
