Katie King i'm grateful for veggie soup from my parents. when i visited on Saturday night, and they gave me a huge tupperware full of it, i thought, "who wants veggie soup when the weather is just getting warm? i want salad and bbq and other spring-like foods!" and now, 2 days later, as a head cold starts to invade my body, there is nothing better than a big bowl of homemade veggie soup.
