This morning's bikeride in the cool air, the album that David Byrne and St. Vincent made together that makes me so happy, and getting to spend today immersed in my Reiki practice. Aaaaaaahhh.

The dogs and the kids let us sleep in until 7 this morning! It's another perfect autumn morning and there's nothing to do but relax today. I love Sundays like these.
