Good Morning my wonderful Friends !

Hello to the sensitivity of my spirit

I am so happy and Grateful now to feel the need of my spirit to take a moment to nurture it . Living life instead of enduring it . If you don't take time to nurture your spirit you may find yourself feeling disconnected in a way that you become hardened and insensitive to your spirit and consequently cut off from the spirit world and it's gift .
In our puritanical culture , where people are encouraged from childhood to put others ahead of themselves and to call any personal interest or care " selfish." it's easy to understand how this type of deadening occurs . Until you reverse this debilitating thinking ,your spirit will suffer , and you'll shutout the guidance of the spirit wold.
Do you know how to feed your Spirit try this......

Listen to uplifting music -------- Sing ------ take long , luxurious bath filled with scented bath salts.---- Meditate------Decorate your home with fresh flowers and potted plants.----- Do nothing ------Go for walks in nature ------- fill your bedroom with candles and good pillows-----Give your body a good workout ------Pray----- slow down in everything you do .------- Live in the moment ----- love with all your heart-------- and laugh as if nothing matter ------ last but not least be Grateful for what you have ......
