Good Morning my Wonderful friends !

Hello to the Wonderful Me

I am so Happy and Grateful now to be alive and aware . I can see and hear and feel and taste and smell the reality around me . I can see sky and clouds , trees , and grass and flowers . I can feel the wind in my hair and the gentle snow flake in my face . I can hear the singing of birds and the rumble of traffic . I can reach out to touch a flower and feel the texture or it's leaves and smell the sweet aroma of it's petals . I can pick up a book and read words and sentences which have been written by someone I have never met, and by so doing can share that person's innermost thoughts . I can move to wherever I want to go because my body will respond automatically to that desired . My body is a living miracle -machine that has only to be fueled and watered and valeted in order to maintain itself . It is self -repairing -continually renewing itself ....In this Magical moment.
