Dear Father,
I am sorry I had forgotten that I am a magnificent spiritual being here on Earth to further expand my consciousness, created in the image of Source energy, and for my not realizing just how much you love me.
Please forgive me for not using my power to let go of the false memory programs from my childhood and to accept my true self. I am willing to let go of victim mentality and to take full responsibility for creating my future; the people who hurt me no longer have any power over me.
I love you and I thank you for showing me that I am a unique human being here on Earth with specific objectives and the qualities to fulfill them, that I am a worthy human being no more and no less worthy than anyone else and that all human beings are here to fulfill different human objectives.
