I am grateful for the old friend who told me this week how much I meant to her and how I helped her be herself in a hard time. She told me thank you for listening....it brought tears to my eyes.

I am grateful for the new job I picked up this week, and the cold I got teaching me to pace myself and not push so hard day after day.
