Had I known where you were taking me this morning I might have been too frightened to go. If anyone asked me what spectacular thing happened to me this weekend I would have to top the list with ... my friend Gary introduced me to someone I've been so nervous about meeting I couldn't look her in the eye -- or perhaps get past the reflection. I didn't see her coming from around that tree. I had the slightest pang of anxiety thinking will anyone else find a monster walking towards them? Quickly, logic stepped in -- that's not really calming is it, monsters are the opposite of meditations - surely we're not going somewhere scary! Just an exhale later and there wasn't a face or a color but familiarity, warmth and an overwhelming sense of peace when she approached me. I'm so grateful to you Gary. Thank you, from my heart. That was the WAY COOLEST gift EVER!
