Nancy Solman I am grateful to be nudged even when I am not very responsive to the nudging.
I am grateful for the sun when it shines on the snowy crystalline world outside my window, even though I am not partial to the cold or the snow 
I am grateful to be one year older, in great health, surrounded by people who love me and recognize that I am wealthy beyond the majority of the world, even when I have bills to pay!
And, as it seems I have been negligent since my wonderful retreat.... I am ever so very grateful for the silent retreat I went on and greatly look forward to another!
