Patty Smith Hi Folks ~ Happy New Year to all!
Since I last logged on, I've endured some tragedies where I've had to deal (and continue to deal) with end-of-life issues for some of my family members. Though I view this as a true gift of our human experience, it is very challenging for me, and every day I've practiced cultivating gratitude for being able to be as present as possible with my loved ones through their transitions.
I can happily report that I am still on track with my plans to leave the "day job" in 2011 to run my proofreading business full-time, and that all the stress and life changes have not caused me to give up on any of my dreams or plans! Part of that is due to the support of groups like this, and I wish the same for all of you, my friends---that you stay true to your dreams in 2011!
