A whispered question rang in my ear. Where is the noise? I searched
my home only to find no one. My pets can’t speak thought I. Where is
this question originating my conscious mind asked? As I walked out the
door into my beautiful tropical climate I heard the mysterious question
again. It was such a strange question with a vacuous laugh intermingled
with its words.
Feeling stunned with disbelief, I walked back inside my home. Again
I heard the inane laugh with this strange question. Have I lived alone
too long? I asked myself verbally. My voice had a lonely, not positive
tone as it spoke to me. What a moment in time this was for an absolute
believer in The Law Of Attraction. A believer in God’s Word which
states, if we can but believe.
The laugh gets louder, the question whispers with a roar. It was then
that I became consciously aware I have been living in façade.
Living in my make believe world created by my own reactions and
thoughts to my circumstances. Thoughts are filled with emotion.
Emotion is either negative or positive, is it not? My unconscious
Awareness was asking the profound question. Are you telling me
you are happy, joyful, healthy, financially comfortable, and peaceful
and in tune with your Creator? And the laugh? Oh yes, the laugh
was life as it was passing me by! “Ain’t If Funny How Time Slips
Away.” The song by Willie Nelson has me thinking.
Without gratitude we create our own negative, unpleasantness,
