Sanjay Biswas It may not be easy to accept but the truth remains that you are what you think you are. If you think you are a happy person then you are a happy person but it depends how strong your thinking is.
It may not happen overnight, it comes by practice and belief. One has to have strong belief and quantify it with positive thoughts. Its like how you look at the things- glass is half full or is it half empty. We need to practice the approch of "glass is half full" view point. If we can practice this, happyness will be always with us.
