(: Spring :) For my 'one year anniversary' since signing up for Gratitude Log, which has, in many respects, served to transform my life & energy!! As have the people & friends I've made here on G Log, who've served to totally enhance my life!! Thank You so much!!! I am grateful to have made expressing gratitude a nearly daily part of my life. I am grateful that as I look at the number of updates I've made over the past year, I realize that it averages out to approximately one update for every day this year. I am grateful that I am living in a much more mindful manner today, then I was a year ago. I am grateful that every day, in every way, I have an awesome chance to change my world by changing my mind, which happens through me sitting down at the laptop, coming here to this place, and simply & honestly writing about at least one great thing that I can be thankful for that day. I am grateful that no matter how bad things 'seem' to get sometimes, I can come to this place as though it is a positive haven for my thoughts, feelings, and actions.
