for the snow on the bamboo leaves this morning, and the red sun slowly coming up throught the grey woods behind them
for the bright white snow all over
for the huge moon rising tonight over the oyster farms, with the icy cold water running in busy streams before the wind
for the soft orange and red sky over the forest on the ocean side of the island
For being held within these landscapes as in the palm of a loving hand
For my eyes and heart to enjoy them. En-joy, yes.
For joy.
